Return Policy
Odd One In products are all made to order and are custom made. You are entitled to a refund or free replacement as long as we’re notified within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returning the product is not necessary for a refund or replacement.
Conditions for a full refund or free replacement:
Product arrives broken.
Product is different to what was promised via the website or communication through emails.
Product arrives after stated due date.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Replacements aren’t available if proofs/mock-up/previews have been approved.
Damaged items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Additional Information:
If you decide for a refund, it should be processed within 5 business days. Shipping included.
If you decide for a replacement, it should arrive within 1-2 weeks (Australia).
Shipping is covered in a replacement.
No need to return topper.
(Australia) If a topper doesn’t arrive within 1-2 weeks, it will be sent out again so long as it can reach by the due date. A refund is available if that timeline is not met.
Damaged items will receive a replacement and free shipping. Photo required for replacement.
