We specialise in creating unique cake toppers, home products and bespoke designed items. We use high quality materials and ensure that your item is created with fine craftsmanship.

1. Payment via the website to be made prior to designing, making and shipping product.

2. We accept Credit Card. Payments are required via the website.

3. All sales are final. Please choose carefully. Refunds are only available under certain conditions.

4. Products can be made from acrylic/Perspex which is a thermoplastic. This means when it comes near heat or a flame (like from a candle), it may catch on fire. Please take extreme care to ensure your cake toppers or numbers are clear of flames. We take no responsibility for melting or scorching or breakages.

5. Please be careful using the cake topper. It has been designed to be held from the stem to ensure safe handling.

6. Odd One In designs, makes and dispatches the product. We use Australia Post to deliver. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to have the correct address. Once it is dispatched from Odd One In, it is with Australia post. You will receive a tracking number.

7. Each design will be made as per the message typed in. Please ensure correct spelling of your message.

8. Each product will be shipped to the address provided. Please ensure correct address is supplied. We cannot be liable for shipping.

9. Each product is made via laser cutting. Products are then hand finished. This means there may be small burn marks from the laser cutter or small defects, slight colour changes from one product to another. We take no responsibility if products happen to be different to shown on the website. We trust you value this is part of the craft and uniqueness of these pieces.

11. Odd One In has the right to cancel an order prior to dispatch if the order cannot be fulfilled or finish / material has been sold out. Odd One In will notify the customer on this occasion and try to arrange a close-to replacement.

12. Customers can cancel their order within 2 business days. In the case a customer misses this deadline, a different design can be made (within reason).

13. Everything on oddonein.com.au has been uniquely and carefully designed, made and quality checked before dispatched to you. All care is taken to ensure products arrive safely. Odd One In products are wrapped in paper “bubble” wrap, boxed and posted. If you do not want to have your item shipped via Australia Post, please get in touch.

14. Please choose carefully, we will not be able to refund or exchange. If the item you have purchased is faulty, please email us at hello@oddonein.com.au with the fault and we will gladly issue you with a replacement.

15. If a product is broken, it will be replaced for free. If a customer changes their mind, however, they are not entitled to a replacement or refund. Make sure spelling is correct and previews/mock-ups are properly approved.

16. Previews are offered after purchase but keep in mind this may delay your order.
